Kick-off meeting ENERGY BARGE: Biomass strategy for the Danube region

During this event the unique ENERGY BARGE project will be presented. Its main objective is to exploit the potential for green energy in the form of biomass along the Danube River in a sustainable way, thereby increasing energy security and efficiency in the Danube countries.

An outstanding feature of the ENERGY BARGE project is its cross-sectoral approach: the project will bring together key actors along the entire value chain, Danube ports as well as relevant public authorities and policy stakeholders.
